Institute of Apparel Management - IAM
The Institute of Apparel Management (IAM) is a prime professional educational institution in Bangladesh founded by the Panacea Private Consulting Group. It aims to generate competent human resources by providing industry-focused and need-based quality education for the RMG industry of Bangladesh.
Vision:
To create skilled manpower through up-to-date, technical, and practical training with a view to adding more value to the readymade garment industry.
Mission:
Provide quality training to the trainees in the light of modern management keeping pace with domestic and international needs.
Objective:
Creating skilled manpower for the garment industry, increasing productivity through skilled manpower, supporting the development of the garment industry, raising awareness on modern management and productivity, capacity building through skill and quality development, research on high-value garments, and own innovation.
"The Institute of Apparel Management – IAM” is a nonprofit organization, that started its journey in 2016. Since its beginning, the organization has been providing training in various fields to enhance the skills of mid-level management in the garment industry and increase the productivity of the industry. Apparel merchandising, production engineering, quality management, pattern making, and supply chain are some of them.
In addition, IAM has been conducting free training jointly with BGMEA and, SEIP. So far more than 3500 students have taken training from this institute.
In response to industry demand, we are providing various courses and gradually expanding our programs to deal with the challenges of the industry. At present we are providing;
Certificate Course in-
